Data Protection Officer course

To comply with the European GDPR regulation there is a mandatory professional figure for public administrations and for some private companies. This is the DPO, acronym for Data Protection Officer, or the professional who has the task of evaluating and organizing the management of the processing of personal data and certifying its adequate protection. This is a role that requires highly specialized skills, in fact the DPO is not the “operational” figure that deals with the management of privacy, but the independent supervisor who assesses the compliance of the procedures put in place to ensure maximum security of the data stored with the duty to take the necessary actions to guarantee privacy.

Course structure

The DPO training course is crucial given the importance of the task. HyperGrid is dedicated to all Data Protection Officers, Privacy Managers, Privacy Advisors and therefore in particular to Business Owners, Business Lawyers, Freelancers, Consultants, Privacy Referents employed or external to the company. It offers a comprehensive view of the regulations through which the European Commission has intended to strengthen and make more homogeneous the protection of personal data of citizens of the European Union and residents of the European Union, both inside and outside the borders of the European Union.

The regulation of 25 May 2018 is examined in detail in all its aspects, including the issue of exporting personal data outside the EU and the obligation for all data controllers (including those with registered office outside the European Union) who process data of residents of the European Union to observe and fulfill the obligations laid down.
